1. Who we are

Claude Analytics is an internal service operated by Latigid, a digital agency based in Portugal. For questions about this policy, contact dev@latigid.pt.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy describes how Claude Analytics handles data when authenticated Latigid teammates interact with the service. Claude Analytics is not publicly available and does not collect data from end visitors of any website. It is operated solely for internal Latigid use and serves no external end users.

3. What data is accessed

Claude Analytics accesses the following data via authenticated Google APIs:

Authentication uses a single shared service-style Google account (latigid.dev@gmail.com) which has been granted read access by each client on a per-property and per-site basis through standard Google admin flows.

4. How data is used

Data retrieved from Google APIs is returned in real time to the authenticated Latigid teammate making the request, through the Claude assistant, for the sole purpose of producing internal analytics, SEO reports, and site-intelligence summaries for Latigid clients.

Data is not:

5. Data sharing

Claude Analytics does not share data with third parties. Data accessed from Google APIs is processed in-memory on Latigid-controlled infrastructure and returned only to the authenticated teammate who requested it.

6. Data retention

Claude Analytics is stateless with respect to Google data. Responses from Google APIs are streamed back to the requesting teammate and are not persisted in any database, file, or log beyond what is necessary for ephemeral request handling. No long-term storage of Google user data takes place on Latigid systems.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Claude Analytics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Security

Access to Claude Analytics is restricted to authenticated Latigid teammates holding a personal bearer token (lmcp_ prefix). Tokens are issued individually, stored only on the recipient's local machine, and may be revoked by Latigid at any time. The shared Google credentials (refresh token) are stored encrypted at rest on Latigid-controlled server infrastructure and are never transmitted to end users or third parties.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service. Material changes will be communicated to the Latigid team via internal channels and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
